Q: Can I customize my profile?

A: Yes, community members can customize their profiles with profile pictures and current and former employment bios. Navigate to the bottom left corner and click "My Profile". 

Q: How do I change/update my profile picture?

A:  Click "My Profile" on the bottom left corner of The CyberNest platform, under "Account" you will see a "Connect with LinkedIn" button; click it. Once connected, your profile picture in The CyberNest will be the same photo on your LinkedIn profile. To check, at the top right corner of "My Profile", click "View Public Profile" to see your profile. 

Q: How do I report inappropriate content or behavior?

A: Community members can report inappropriate content or behavior by clicking on the "Report" button located on each page of the platform. Our moderation team will review and take appropriate action

Q: What should I do if I'm having technical issues with the platform?

A: Community members can reach out to our customer support team through the "Contact Us" page on the platform. Our team will work to address any technical issues as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Q: Is the platform mobile-friendly?

A: Yes, we are mobile-friendly for a mobile device browser, but we do not have a mobile application at this time. The CyberNest is a web application recommended for best use on a laptop or desktop computer. Login is at https://thecybernest.com/login
